I don’t have this company, but a representative came by trying to give me information. I had to tell him 3 times I wasn’t interested and every time he ignored me and kept talking. Finally I had to shut the door in his face. The fact that he was so rude and pushy made me incredibly uncomfortable. You hear all sorts of horror stories about people posing as security companies so they can gain access to your home. The fact that this guy refused to respect me enough to leave after being asked 3 times is just plain scary.

I signed up with with Vivint many months ago. As a promotional offer, they said they would be giving the newest ipad and even sent a confirmation email. It was to be shipped to me months ago and I still have not received it. I called several times, but the issue is still not resolved. They tossed me from department to department and person to person, but no one was able to get it accomplished.

The best affordable security monitoring! I am a fine print reader and I drilled the poor salesman with questions and even had him address a few bad reviews--he answered all my questions, met my financial requirements, and gave us more in depth info without hesitation. Set up was great and my husband was incredibly specific about what goes where and how it should operate...again the technician was very patient and set it all up for is without any complaint even though it took over 5 hrs. Very very pleased.
