I normally see one doctor there but I have seen others. Everyone is very professional and see me for who I am not how I feel! Great service in the office and there lab!!
I called them to renew a prescription that had run out. They would charge me $10.00 extra if I renewed via phone. So I had to open an account on "Follow My Health," which I was loathe to do, but it was the only way to get out of the $10.00 fee (which incidentally is more than the actual prescription!). What a scam. Now everyone in India has all of my vital information.
I was denied services!!! My wife called for an after hours clinic appointment on September 6. My injury happened on September 3. She asked that day what happened and I told her. She asked if it happened at work and I did the "unh unh". She thought I said "unh hunh". So when they asked her on the phone if it happened at work she said yes. She has some hearing issues and regular communication is sometimes difficult.
