This place has literally saved my life. The trainers/coaches are dedicated and committed to the health of all women, no matter the age, physical ability and health challenges. I have lost weight, gotten stronger and loving the way my body is shaping. I attend 5 to 6 days a week if my schedule allows. I love that I can attend morning or evening sessions. I’ve had a great experience at Vivify. The personal training strength training support has been excellent—my trainer is knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes sure I’m challenged while staying safe, especially with spotting and form. He also helps me stay on track even when travelling, with personalised workouts and regular check-ins. I absolutely love this place! When i first started going to vivify in September 2024 i was 230 lbs. I could barely walk up the stairs at my kids' school, do activities, etc. Now im 208 in March 2025 on track to be 165 by September 2025! Im much more happier, energetic, i feel great. Latrina the owner is best!! Thank you!!
