Unfortunately my child was never able to see Dr. Yoon because of her staff. For the past five weeks, my child has called the office at least four times attempting to schedule an appointment with no avail. Each phone call was at minimum thirty minutes, where the receptionist audibly is lost on what she is seeing on the screen. Dr Yoon is the most caring, professional, and knowledgeable Endo doc I have seen . I have been dealing with my thyroid for over 20 years and even had thyroid cancer. Dr. Yoon has always shown me so much compassion and a true concern for my wellbeing. She is amazing!!!! Her kindness overwhelms me!! Thank you Dr Yoon!!
Try to schedule appointment with yoon. Had very very bad experience with scheduling team. Though I am with BSW more than 2 years. Unable to make appointment. Very very bad customer service.
2 years of feeling horrible the whole time telling Dr. Yoon how I was feeling. Being told that all thryoid tests had been run and that my thryoid was functioning. I had to Google possible reasons for the way I was feeling. Then I had to go to my PCP who said a TPO Antibody test had never been ran. This test confirmed I have Hasimoto. This after 6 goiters have grown in my neck. What i cannot understand is why she never ran the test, she doesn't pay for the running of the test? I had a very bad experience with Dr. Yoon's office. After two months of trying, I still couldn't get an appointment. My blood test results have been significantly abnormal for about two years now. However, the doctor refused to let me see a specialist and left me in the care of my primary care physician, who has failed to help me in all these years.
