Dr. Policarpio is the best, she’s very knowledgeable and listens to my needs. However her staff is terrible, they never pick up the phone or return to any of my voicemails. I have had the worst front desk experience ever. One day one of them told me, well I have a lot patients to take care lol seriously??? What a shame the Dr. can’t see how poor service her staff provides to her patients. It’s a real shame, the only reason I stay with her is because she’s great.
i’ve read a few bad reviews for dr policarpio which is strange however i can confirm she holds her staff in high regard regardless of what the patient says? i had the same experience. but she is a fantastic doctor, with a good personality, thorough and helpful. i’ve been seeing her for many years.
She is my all time favorite doctor. So helpful with all the advice, and knowledge. Feels as she is family caring over her patients. Problem is her new practice has rude receptionist. They don't answer phone calls, transfer you over, disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I would want to keep Policarpio as my doctor but front desk has made me lose interest.

Dr. Policarpio gives you time and care beyond what the average doctor will do for you. She’s extremely likable and very likely to persuade you to do better 😁. I highly recommend her and her clinic.
