I have been working with Dr. Michelle before and after giving birth to my son. She has helped me prepare for labor and really helped to decrease my scar sensitivity and adhesions afterward. She has also helped me to ease safely back into core exercises and my regular workout routine. I like how she will give me things to work on on my own for a few weeks before meeting back in the office for a follow up.
