I did pelvic floor therapy with Julie Yunaska, PT, MSPT after experiencing more increased postpartum symptoms. Julie was amazing!! She took the time to listen to me and actually hear me, she carefully reviewed my history, symptoms, and overall well being, rather than just focusing on my pelvic floor “issues.” Over the course of about 2 months, Julie worked with me and put together several different exercise to help me repair my pelvic floor.
