I had a wonderful experience at Vivid Salon! There was a small hiccup at first, but Sophie, the manager, and Kasey, my stylist, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my results. They quickly scheduled me back in to address my concerns and did so with kindness, professionalism, and no attitude whatsoever. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend Vivid Salon 100%—their customer service is outstanding! Love my short hair and hair color

Kaylee is amazing! She has such a sweet soul and makes you feel so comfortable. She did a beautiful job covering my greys and added balayage for extra dimension—my hair looks and feels great. The whole staff is friendly and attentive every time I come in. Highly recommend!
OH MY GOSH. I have had my lips done many times and a few times with Sarah, she has always done an incredible job but today we did the dental block and I felt absolutely nothing! Best lip filler experience of my life truly!!!! Already can’t wait to go back!! Thank u so much vivid & Sarah!
