When I called Vividseats to get some clarification on tickets that I had purchased, I was frustrated from dealing with another vendor. I spoke with Ms. Britney and she was excellent!!! She helped me resolve the problem and walked me through all the steps that were needed. She was very pleasant and a beautiful personality! Because I was able to talk with a PERSON, I will definitely purchase from Vividseats from now on! Give Britney a bonus! I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thank you Britney!!!!!

Vivid Seats is a joke. I paid $500+ for a ticket and they scrwwd me. Supposed to be GA plus for a one day Lollapalooza ticket and I got a plain GA. I contacted them and complained and they refused to send me the ticket I purchased. Now I can't hang out with my friends who all got GA plus. The only reason I bought the ticket was to go hang with my friends. Do NOT buy tix from Vivid Seats unless you want to get ripped off.
DO NOT USE! Worst experience ever! Purchased tickets for the Coldplay concert in Madison, WI on 7/19 in October 2024. The tickets were never transferred. A week before the concert, we were calling customer service almost daily asking about the tickets and they kept assuring us we’d get the tickets in time for the concert and to keep our travel plans.
