I paid for tickets to a recent SC Stingrays game but couldn’t access them when I arrived. The chat feature was completely unhelpful, and I ended up missing the entire first period trying to sort it out. Thankfully, the woman at the ticket counter—who had nothing to do with the issue—was kind enough to print out two tickets for me. I’m beyond disappointed. We thought we had secured tickets, only to get a call saying they didn’t actually have them. They refunded us, sure, but now we’re stuck paying way more for the same event. It’s frustrating and feels like we were misled. I wouldn’t trust this service again. If you value your time and money, think twice before booking.
Stupidly overpaid for a parking pass in lot D at Hollywood Bowl. Paid for a pass that said Row 1 space 14. False advertising. There are no reserved spaces. You can buy a pass at the lot for $45, not the $150 I paid.There is also no way to speak to anyone, only by text. Manmeet, with whom I tried to text, would not connect me with his supervisor. Very frustrating. Advise not using this site for anything.

They rely on misleading practices to squeeze as much money as possible from ticket buyers. If you run into issues, their customer service doesn’t offer real help, just encourages you to resell your tickets on their platform, where they take another 10% cut. To make matters worse, they even ask customers not to dispute fraudulent charges with their bank.
