I am awed and excited that I bought tickets thru vivid seats. I bought verified resale tickets for a mavs game and I get a call later from vivid seats because I guess the reseller tickets weren't confirmed or something. Switching was easy. But most importantly I loved the fact that they actually called me. That made me feel like I mattered even though I bought cheapest nose bleed tickets. So that was awesome. I'll be going onto VS 1st looking for tkts going forward. Thank you!!
The issue was a bit annoying but the outcome worked out well and the representative was pleasant and helpful.
