For the Service and the Pricing, I want to say not everyone on the Team has the hands and expertise for Hair Salon Services. Communication and Transparency needs to happen with the client on what is Expected and Pricing, and a few times I did not leave satisfied with my Hair. This can be fixed internally through Management and Training. The only Resolution they offer is to correct the colour and salon credit. Okay, look how cute this cut came out! I came in with an outgrown wolf cut and realized this cut was difficult to style and I lost my thickness. I needed a change. So, I had a consultation with Cyntia who understood my concerns and what I wanted. She nailed it giving me the exact length I wanted it cut, smoothing out my originally choppy layers, and giving me a bang that’s versatile. I love how the layers shape my face! I highly recommend visiting Cyntia for your next cut.
I’ve been to so many different hairdressers, and it’s always hard to find someone you can truly trust because honestly, one wrong snip is all it takes. I had a really bad haircut before, and then I found Christopher on Instagram @christopherluis_vivid. He was able to completely fix it, and from that point on, I knew I found my go-to. I would highly recommend him! 🙌🏼
