I had a very positive experience during my tenancy. Kelsey was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Even during the transition between property agencies, she went above and beyond to assist with references and help resolve a payment matter. Her support and communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend working with Kelsey and the team.
