I have never received a bill or used their services. I just saw this company on my credit report. If the hospital used their services after my procedure, I had insurance at the time. I have also been at the same address and phone number, yet I have to see it on my credit report.
Never approved or received any form of contact from this company but now received two separate collections notices.
