Very professional.
Vivid Pathology Billing, of which they are responsible (Vivid Pathology) is the worst. Two years in a row they have incorrectly billed my pathology report after phone calls and written mail to which they do not acknowledge. They bill Medicare incorrectly on both occasions. Medicare advises that filing a complaint formally is my next step. Giving that a real consideration.
Great company, great staff! If you have concerns definitely call. They will work through everything about the bill and give discounts if you can pay on the spot.
