I took in a pair of sunglasses that I thought were unfixable only to be called a few hours later to come and pick them up, fixed!! Outstanding service and I’m very grateful
I’m in Launceston for Festivale and broke my glasses. Walked past Vivid and went in to see if they could fix them (Did not have high hopes!) but walked out with them as good as new!! The young man working there was very efficient and great to talk to, and gave me a free(!) miracle repair! Highly recommended 😃
