I walked in on July 4th thinking everyone left the city I would treat myself to a pedicure & a gel manicure. It was slammed in there I was lucky enough to get Connie who gave me an amazing pedicure, but more so I want to give her soo much credit because I showed her 3 pictures and she told me my nails were to short ( because they are 🙈) and I said that’s fine I won’t do tips because I won’t keep it up she can decide. They did a great job on my nails and feet but after I was done I handed the lady a cash tip of 10$ after paying with card (in the salon they like cash tips better). She did not accept the tip and said I had to pay a 30$ tip. The other customers in the salon did not have to pay an additional charge. They did a good job but definitely will not be getting my service again!
Love this nail salon!! They’re the fastest I’ve found in NYC, with a uv gel fill in coming in at around 1h15-1h35 depending on the complexity of the design. Jane is my go to girl, she does such a great job!
