I’ve been going to Vivid Life Spa for years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Jen is the only person I trust with my face. She knows injectables inside and out, gives honest guidance, and always keeps the results natural. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Every appointment feels straightforward, comfortable, and well handled. Highly recommend Vivid Life Spa.
The process of my IPL was thoroughly explained what to expect and the possible pain level based off past patient experiences. It was very quick which helped to get through the more sensitive areas and good to know for my next treatment that it was only 15 min long my first visit once we got started.
Chelsea explained everything she was doing, made sure to ask if everything was feeling ok. My dry spots and uneven skin due to aging is much smoother.
I had no idea what to expect and it was very inviting very comfortable . They answered all my questions and I had many ! My Hydro facial by Chelsea was amazing. I’ve not ever had a facial like that so in depth she explained each step of the facial and I am definitely looking forward to the next one. Chelsea is very professional very knowledgeable . I never felt pressured or rushed, and more importantly, I never felt pressured to buy their Products.
