Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient with me during the whole process. I had millions of questions, and Alicia was happy to quickly reply to every one of them. It felt like they were on my side the whole time, wanting what was best for me. Also, they played Avril Lavigne during the surgery at my request, so easy 5 stars there
My experience with Vivid Laser Centre was great. I'm so glad I made the decision to book an appointment and have the surgery done. It's amazing waking up every morning not having to reach for my glasses or pop in contacts. I honestly wish I would have done this sooner. The team is kind and professional and I would highly recommend Vivid Laser Center!
I had this procedure done on Thursday and by Saturday I was driving, shooting and working on my car with safety glasses, of course to protect my eyes, an incredible experience. This company is by far the best in Kelowna I would highly recommend. Only regret is I should've gotten it done sooner!!
I have zero complaints about the entire laser eye process. The team here was all extremely friendly and competent. The actual process is very quick and painless. My vision is the best it’s ever been! Would highly recommend to anyone.
From start to finish ,every detail was so positive and easy. Super friendly staff and very experienced Dr. 10/10 would recommend and love never having to wear contacts or glasses, it's like magic!
