I reached out to Vivid Laser through Instagram and was contacted by their Head Laser Counsellor/Surgical Coordinator via email. I was asked to provide my phone number and date of birth. I explained that sharing my date of birth over unencrypted email is a serious security risk. I had a great experience with Vivid Laser Centre. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Alicia and Dr. Rollett made the experience smooth and easy!
Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient with me during the whole process. I had millions of questions, and Alicia was happy to quickly reply to every one of them. It felt like they were on my side the whole time, wanting what was best for me. Also, they played Avril Lavigne during the surgery at my request, so easy 5 stars there
My experience with Vivid Laser Centre was great. I'm so glad I made the decision to book an appointment and have the surgery done. It's amazing waking up every morning not having to reach for my glasses or pop in contacts. I honestly wish I would have done this sooner. The team is kind and professional and I would highly recommend Vivid Laser Center!
I had this procedure done on Thursday and by Saturday I was driving, shooting and working on my car with safety glasses, of course to protect my eyes, an incredible experience. This company is by far the best in Kelowna I would highly recommend. Only regret is I should've gotten it done sooner!!
