I had many people say they had a textbook perfect experience and I was hoping for the same. As a glasses wearer since I was 12 and a contacts wearer since 16 it was long anticipated. Held off for years out of fear, should have done it long ago. Vivid team did a great job, everything was smooth and results are amazing.
From the consult to the post op - absolutely amazing service from the entire team! Alicia is quick to respond to questions, both pre & post op. Dr. Rowlett & Dr. Baldassare were both wonderful as well providing great information in both the consult and procedure. The office is a comfortable atmosphere with kind staff.
