I was absolutely amazed on how quick and professional Steve and Matt were from Vivid Lanscaping and lighting. They turned my dull backyard into a beautiful oasis. My hot tub looks fantastic on the new flagstone patio, along with my new swing stand, privacy panels, and a beautiful meandering flagstone path to my pergola. Our experience with Vivid started last year when we gave a deposit for work to be done this spring. We heard nothing from Nick or anyone else except when we touched base with them several times. We decided with communication being so poor we wouldn't have them do the work and asked for our deposit. Since then, they have not returned our full deposit but have sent smaller amounts over time. This has been several months and we are still waiting. It seems we may have to turn it over to our lawyers to resolve. Such a poor way of... read more
