Our experience with Vivid started last year when we gave a deposit for work to be done this spring. We heard nothing from Nick or anyone else except when we touched base with them several times. We decided with communication being so poor we wouldn't have them do the work and asked for our deposit. Since then, they have not returned our full deposit but have sent smaller amounts over time. The whole experience from beginning to end was professional and easy to work with. They were friendly and very informative.
Vivid refreshed our tired front landscaping into a beautiful and more manageable layout. I would highly recommend them for any type of outdoor landscaping snd lighting needs and will be using them again in the spring to update our back landscaping.
