Everyone was very friendly. The environment is very welcoming. I went as support and was welcomed to watch.
My niece went in for her first and very personal tattoo in memory of her late father. Steven was rude, made her very uncomfortable and went as far to say "I'm not playing the font game". When choosing what is going on my body I know I sure want it to be what I want. I would not recommend him!
