I’m new to the Shelburne area and decided to try Vivid — and I’m so glad I did. Nelly is amazing. She takes the time to truly understand what you’re looking for when it comes to hair color and style. She’s also so delightful to chat with, which makes the experience even better. I always enjoy my visits to her salon and leave feeling happy and confident with my hair.
When I first came to Nelly, she spent the time to ask me questions to understand the vision I had for my hair and how I wanted it to look. Gave me such peace of mind how much she cared to make sure I was happy with the changes I wanted to make. I have been going to her salon since and always leave loving my hair. Thank you Nelly!
