My first time to the salon. The salon is clean and stylish. Kelly is the stylist. She's patient and listened carefully to how I wanted to do my hair. I did digital perm and I'm happy with the results. All other staff are friendly and nice.

Today was my first time at Vivid, and I saw Jeanette for a balayage—and I truly cannot say enough good things. I came in with hair that was in rough shape: heavy orange tones, uneven color, and honestly in need of a true expert to fix it (see before photo).
