I have been going to vivid dental for years now! They are always so quick and efficient to get me taken care of even under emergency circumstances because yes I’m that patient that procrastinates! Lena on the phone is ajways so helpful and quick to schedule me in! Thanks for taking great care of me team!
My sister and i were recommended here by a friend and love this dentist. Havent always enjoyed dentist visits but am thankful to say i found my dental home here. The people are WONDERFUL. Very friendly, personable, and down to earth. After multiple visits with consistently good service, i realized they would accept my children who I've struggled to find a dentist for that fits our needs. Dr. Parmar has always gone above and beyond to take care of my dental needs. Even dealing with my own scheduling issues, he and his team have always found a way to make it work. They have always made sure I was comfortable in the chair and have not gotten aggravated by me asking them to explain my treatment plan over 50 different times. Everyone in the office is always smiling and you’ll never catch anyone sitting around without a task at hand. Highly recommend.
I’ll start off by saying the dentist was very kind. He took the time to make sure his patient was comfortable. But this is hands down the worst filling experience of my life. My tooth has never been in so much pain after a filling. I would say getting my wisdom teeth removed hurt less than this. My tooth is now sensitive to everything. It is uneven and bumpy. These people told me that if someone misses an appointment they can never get another appointment with them. I have never heard anything so ridiculous and emotional before. This should be a professional place with professional people that a bunch of people on an emotional Rollercoaster. I had valued reasons for missing my appointment as I was ill. Now I do not know if this is the norm or I was just selected to be disrespected like this but this is beyond disrespectful and I believe illegal. I will be reporting this place to ... read more
