Was not informed that you cannot reschedule a new patient appointment until it was time for me to reschedule it.
I had a tooth pulled, and the whole process was quick and painless. The only slight discomfort was from the numbing shot, which was just a quick pinch and about a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale. Once the numbing wore off, the tooth pain was also just a 2 out of 10 and didn’t last long at all.
Everyone was really nice
The staff is friendly, the hygienists are kind and address all my concerns. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain what they see and what’s going on in the procedures.
MY time there was great.
