This was my first a appointment with Joanna today, she was so lovely and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything , I would definitely recommend her!
I had been searching for a new nurse injector since moving to Keswick back in the spring!! I was very hesitant as I have an amazing one in Cambridge but not being able to get back there for convenience sake I started doing some research and nurse Joanna was the one!! She is truly wonderful and very much like the one from Cambridge...she took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for!! The start of a wonderful new relationship for my skin!!!

From my very first interaction, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. I had such a lovely experience at Vivid Cosmetic Clinic today! I went in with my daughter to pick up some face wash, and had the pleasure of meeting Joanna, the owner. Joanna was incredibly kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure.
