Beautiful parks
Great building, everything works fine, moved in a year ago, did not have any issues, no false alarms, water, heat, power, elevators - no interruptions. Packages from Amazon and others are easy to get. Walls are soundproof, can't hear my neighbours at all. Elevators are not busy. Overall area seems safe.

Nice building close to subway, neighbhood is nice. however this building has many signs and rules that is full of spelling mistakes. Sometimes it feels like it’s a prison or correctional facilities. The property manager and board running this building are autocratic and authoritarian with an attitude unfortunately. You comply or you get sued to death../
