I scheduled a haircut for my teen daughter a week before. When I went to the salon at the scheduled appointment time, there was nobody there. I called and left a voicemail with my frustration that there was nobody at the salon and especially that I drove a distance to get there, but have not had a response. I even went on the 3rd party scheduling site to see if there was any info there and found the appointment had been canceled but I had not been notified. So unprofessional!
Chandelle was great with our two boys! Their haircuts turned out awesome & she showed them how to style it. So happy with the end result & looking forward to coming back!
