It was my first time getting my hair done and I loved the job Kris did and zel had done my grandson's hair, I would recommend mother's with children to go there and anyone wanting a good haircut and whatever they want done. Vivid is a great place to get it done.

I scheduled my haircut appointment a full week in advance and arrived exactly on time, expecting the respect and professionalism that should come with that. Instead, I had to wait 15 minutes while the barber finished with someone else — which can happen. But what truly crossed the line was that after that, he chose to take someone else ahead of me just because it was his friend. We are from out of town but we know where we will be coming, if we are ever in Louisville again! They gave my husband and son THE BEST fades they have ever had! Customer service was out of this world and they make you feel like family! Hands down the greatest haircut experience.
