Austin at Vivid Auto went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. He communicated every step of the way. His customer service is amazing!
I was recommended to Austin after my car was vandalized. He did a great job at communicating and keeping me updated on the process of my car. He was very quick with getting me my car back & was very informative on the work done to it. I definitely recommend!!
Absolutely amazing! Have never had to deal with being rear-ended and having to work with someone else's insurance. The help I received was amazing highly recommend for any issues on rigs they do amazing and keep you informed. Will only be using them as my auto shop.
Working with Austin was a very friendly & great experience . I was new to the process with an insurance claim, he immediately took over, explained the process and communicated with me often as he waited for my car parts and what the next steps entailed. Austin definitely shows cares to his customers and takes pride in his work, as he should. My car looks great!! Highly recommend Vivid Auto & Custom paint.
