Writing on behalf of my mother (Gayle) who had her car repaired recently by Austin here. Vivid auto was recommended to me by myinsurance agent and I couldn't be happier that i chose to go here. They were kind, considerate, patient and did an excellent job. Their customer service was exemplary and communication was always great. They went above and beyond to let me know what was happening with my car. My car that looks brand new! I would highly recommend getting your car worked on here if you need it.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Vivid Auto and Custom Paint. This was hands down the BEST auto body experience I have ever had. After someone hit my vehicle, I was expecting the whole process to be stressful and time-consuming… but they made it unbelievably easy.
