I just highly recommend vivid auto and custom paint.I was in an accident a few months back and austin.The first time I had been in an automobile accident in seventy nine years.So I wasn't sure how to navigate the insurance, and all of that anyway, Austin was so wonderful and such a polite young man he actually coordinated everything with my insurance company. Austin was such my angel. I was traveling from Idaho through oregon to California this week with my 1 year old. In the middle of nowhere. I mean no town in Oregon at least 45 min in either direction my car died. And I was stranded. I looked up Austins auto body shop and He was an ANGEL no lie. He came and drove 45 min towed my car to his shop and had it fixed first thing in morning. I was on road by 10. I wish he had a shop here in Cali. I rated him a 10 star out of 5. Writing on behalf of my mother (Gayle) who had her car repaired recently by Austin here. Vivid auto was recommended to me by myinsurance agent and I couldn't be happier that i chose to go here. They were kind, considerate, patient and did an excellent job. Their customer service was exemplary and communication was always great. They went above and beyond to let me know what was happening with my car. My car that looks brand new! I would highly recommend getting your car worked on here if you need it.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Vivid Auto and Custom Paint. This was hands down the BEST auto body experience I have ever had. After someone hit my vehicle, I was expecting the whole process to be stressful and time-consuming… but they made it unbelievably easy.
