I have Never left a negative review before, and it's unfortunate that my pedicure experience calls for one now. Im sure that her regulars are satisfied, but the pedicure that I received was rushed and not thorough at all, despite being the only client there. I am sorry to report that It was actually the worst pedicure that I have ever had, and I hope that it was just an "off day," as the customer relations were lacking as well. Vivian Nails is the best nail salon in Winchester. The shop is immaculate, they are professional and they consistently give the best manicures and pedicures around. Vivian is one of the best manicurists I have been to and I am very picky. Would not go anywhere else! the biggest thing is to call before you go to get your spot since it is easiest to accommodate when they know in advance.
