Amazing experience here! This is a place I wish there was an option to add a 6th star. I came for a facial from the recommendation of 2 friends. The facial was great, with a lot of customization and focus on relaxation. My skin looks and feels super soft after. I also did a manicure and had a really nice time. They love to pamper you and make sure you always have a drink and everything you need. Prices are super reasonable. The spa is a bit hard to find, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
Vivianna's has been my go to since moving to Ottawa in 2019. Love her wax and facial (and back facial) packages. Calm and clean place for classic manicures and pedicures. Centrally located, not far from Parliament LRT station and major downtown Ottawa hotels.
Been going there for years. Great service, great people and very reasonable prices !! Even bring my family here when they are in town!
