I booked a facial last month while in downtown Ottawa for work, and it was a nice break from the day. The spa is on the second floor of the Varette Building at 130 Albert Street, which is super central and easy to reach by foot or transit. The space has a calm, serene feel with separate areas to relax before and after treatments, and everything was spotless. It's ok. They're not that professional. I came here a few years ago for Brazilians and the lady at the reception desk didn't want to offer me an alcoholic beverage because she thought I was too young. Very unprofessional and discriminatory. God forbid I look good.
My first time at this Spa yesterday, I was pleasantly impressed with the staff. Very kind and professional. Verosa gave me a hot stone massage which was relaxing and yet done with the right amount of pressure to give me some relief from some knots I had. She also did my facial and left me soft and glowing, my husband noticed even. 🥰 Not done yet, yesterday was my pamper day!
