I really like Dr Ugalde personally. Great bed side manner. She seems to care and wants to get things done for me. She is open to feedback about her staff which can be unresponsive. She doesn't have the follow through with her suggestions for the care I needed. Referrals don't get done. The wrong form has been given to me and I have to go back in to sign it again. Her staff sometimes doesn't answer my questions after repeated attempts. She is retiring and I certainly wish her well!!

Dr. Ugalde has treated me for more than six years since a spinal cord injury. She defines GOAT in the medical field.
Healed a severe Concussion / Head Trauma within my skull & revived My ability to look side to side crossing the street, or even head nod gently to music again. I feel better now, and would recommend Ugalde to anyone with a need to help stop severe constant headache or brain injury.
Excellent care by Dr Ugalde and her staff!
