I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob for 37 years and when he retires I will cry. He delivered my twins and my third child all at Touro. He is so professional, kind and always cares when he asks me if I have any questions. He always asks me about my family.
Very thoughtful professional. I moved to the U.S. from a different country and I was really nervous about having to find a new doctor, I'm glad I found him!
She is very thorough and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would recommend Dr Falco to friends and family without hesitation.
I waited an hour and a half before seeing Dr. Jacob. The front desk workers apologized profusely and Dr. Jacob was nice. But then they incorrectly billed my routine gynecology exam (one I've had many times with only a small copay in the past), as an outpatient surgery (this was definitely not outpatient or surgery), which means I owe $325 out of pocket. The Dr. and staff were nice but disorganized, and my visit was excessively costly time wise and money wise. I will not come back.
I've been seeing Dr. Jacob my whole adult life and will never leave him. He has always been completely professional, but very comfortable for me to discuss my medical issues with. He listens, asks questions, & always treats me with respect. He has never failed to help me. He calls me back even after hours. He's the best! I highly recommend him and his staff. He's humble, a true doctor.
I've been coming to Dr. Jacob since I moved to New Orleans 6 years ago. I have been very happy with him. He is patient, gives good medical advice, and I was able to stay with him even when changing insurance.
Dr. Jacob is the BEST there is when it comes to being a doctor. I love this man so much. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond for ALL his patients. He has an open dpot policy and his staff and his wife are AWESOME.
I waited 2 months for an appointment, drove from out of town, & missed work. When I arrived on time, the receptionist said Dr. Falco's assistant was cancelling me because I did not arrive 30 min early (which I was not told to do), and Dr. Falco just scheduled a meeting. I was offered to reschedule- my new appointment would be in 5 weeks. Since I cannot wait 5 weeks, I must now find a new cardiologist. This experience and the unprofessionalism encountered was beyond disappointing & inconvenient.
