I had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Vivian Lin due to her heavy-handed approach during examinations, particularly in sensitive areas. I had to change my review about Dr. Vivian Lin. She truly is a professional and educated doctor. My last review should have been directed to her staff. I was provided with false information from her nurse. She stated I could go to any Quest Diagnostics and that my referral is online for them to see. She confirmed there was an HCG referral awaiting. I show up Saturday morning to Quest Diagnostics and they only see a referral from December of 2020 from my primary doctor. Another staff member called me back and had never heard ... read more
Was a few minutes late because there was no parking. Doctor canceled the whole appointment. I left 10 minutes prior to my appointment and the office is five minutes from my home. I’m pregnant, tired and work nights so getting to this appointment was already rough and if they can’t respect my time I surely can’t imagine what would happen if she delivered my child.
