Dr Tsai is a superb cardiologist. She not only knows about your heart but is knowledgeable in all fields of medicine. Dr Tsai treats the whole person. I have known Dr Tsai since 2003 after I had Vasovagal episode in a flight. I have found her to be the most thorough, stupendous and caring cardiologist. I referred her to some friends and relatives. They are grateful I did. Dr. Vivian Tsai is the best!
