Dr. Tsai is very patient and knowledgeable. She explained to my questions well.
Not enough stars to rate Dr. Tsai. I have referred family members over the years as well and others. She is one of the best if not best doctors I have had. She is attentive, resourceful and honest; her demeanor is very kind and mild mannered and patient. She takes the time to listen and understand her patients’ concerns and needs. She has helped me through some very hard times when I first met her years ago and I continue seeing her for follow ups and anytime I need any tests done or concerns arise. Dr. Tsai is very caring, pleasant, and has great patience. She answered every question in great details.
Dr Tsai has been very attentive to my concerns and has always provided information and advice based on my lifestyle and goals I want to achieve. Although it may be difficult to schedule an immediate appointment , her assistant Lei is great at following up for any cancellation openings.
Never met a better doctor who takes care of you and takes time to answer your questions.
