I went online looking for a better rate on my auto insurance policy and was contacted shortly after by Elise from Vivian Suarez’s State Farm Insurance office. The location was in a nice area, very close to home so I can actually go speak to someone whenever I want. Paola Torres took care of us and I have no complaints, she was very nice, respectful, and funny. I definitely recommend going to this location and speaking with her.
Oh my goodness! I used to dread dealing with insurance companies. But..... Oh these ladies, made it so easy, simple and detailed! I have never been treated so well, especially when it's taking time to get done, because usually they try to rush. Not here with State farm or these ladies.
