Very unprofessional experience. I walked in for a regular pedicure and spoke with Kelly. From the start, she seemed annoyed that I was only requesting a basic service. She told me she could take me and asked me to sit while she finished with her current client. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was told it would be another five minutes. Shortly after that, she received a phone call and came over to say she could no longer take me because she now had an appointment with one of her clients. I was left speechless. I got a manicure here and unfortunately it did not turn out anything like the picture I showed. When I pointed out the issues and asked if it could be fixed, the technicians repeatedly told me it was “fine,” even though it clearly was not. I left feeling disappointed and unheard. I was expecting better attention to detail and customer service.

terrible and overpriced service. i’ve been here about 3 times and each time my nails looked atrocious. the young girl is wonderful and does amazing work but that was the one and only time i’ve had a good experience. everyone else does not know what they’re doing are doing and are very difficult to communicate with. i understand speaking a different language but i should be able to tell you what i’d like and actually get that, especially since i also showed a photo...not nails that look like they were done by a 5 year old. en... read more
