Very disappointing experience. My nails were cut too short and too deep into the sides without asking, which has left my toes sore and painful. The pedicure was rushed and completed in less than 10 minutes, but I was still charged full price. Also the place was really dirty, which made everything worse. I will not be returning.

They are getting worse and worse every month. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and go back again and again, hoping they'll do a better job, but they don't. Last time the lady was on the phone the whole time. While doing my pedicure, she nicked my cuticle, started bleeding, not even a "sorry". Then, she cut my side of the foot white the filer, again she pretended it never happened, continued her phone conversation. Sloppy job throughout. And stuff like this happens all the time. Very unprofessional experience. I walked in for a regular pedicure and spoke with Kelly. From the start, she seemed annoyed that I was only requesting a basic service. She told me she could take me and asked me to sit while she finished with her current client. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was told it would be another five minutes. Shortly after that, she received a phone call and came over to say she could no longer take me because she now had an appointment with one of her clients. I was left speechless. I got a manicure here and unfortunately it did not turn out anything like the picture I showed. When I pointed out the issues and asked if it could be fixed, the technicians repeatedly told me it was “fine,” even though it clearly was not. I left feeling disappointed and unheard. I was expecting better attention to detail and customer service.
