My experience with Vivian Pascual was HORRIBLE from beginning to end. I purchased my second home from her in 2025. The property was personally owned by her, while she also acted as the Realtor in the transaction. Looking back, I believe this created a conflict of interest because I did not feel my interests as the buyer were properly represented.
