10/10 I definitely recommend coming to this veterinary! All of the staffs were wonderful, they made sure to show lots of care and love for my 6 week old (almost 7) kitten Lucky! Dr. Lang was very sweet with her and making lots of jokes so that the patient and the pet can feel calm. She also helped explain everything and answered questions very well. As well the nurses Priscilla and Corey for loving my baby like their own, especially when cutting her nails! Thank you so much again and can't wait to see them again.
First time here and unfortunately had a horrible experience with Melissa, the manager. I came in for a rabies shot for my dog. However, without my consent or even informing me beforehand, the doctor also administered the distemper vaccine. When I explained to Melissa that I did not ask for the distemper shot and wasn’t even aware it was being given, she was incredibly rude insisted that I had to pay for the additional vaccine, even though I never requested it. 10/10! Dr. Stefanie Lang has been treating my cats for years. She is so beyond incredible, kind, thorough and knowledgeable! She always treats my cats as if they were her very own! Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies and being so gentle with them Dr. Lang! Go here if you are looking for amazing veterinary care
Animal General is the absolute best & the only place I’ll take my baby
I love this place. They used to take care of my mom's cat for over 10 years, and now they take care of my cat and dog. Every time I go in there, they answer all my questions without hesitation and walk me through any treatment plan. They love my babies like I do. What more can you ask for?
