They do what they say just don't expect it straight away, got my prescription renewed and it took 5 full days in the end l had to change it to urgent request, I thought wrongly that they would have the prescription at the chemist within 3 days as they quoted, so give yourself plenty of lead in otherwise all good.

Really great practice. Have been phenomenal with both my kids, getting them appointments almost on the day if they are very sick or within the week. Have seen multiple doctors within the practice and all are great. Friendly admin, nurses and doctors. A very busy practice, as is all of them, but they still make you feel important. Thank you Vivian Medical team.

The receptionists are always exceedingly rude and argumentative. This seems to be an ongoing issue that management has not addressed. Prices are through the roof, almost on par with urgent care. Time with the doctor is rushed and insufficient, this issue is put back onto the patient by requiring them to book double appointments and pay even more money. It’s unlikely that any of these problems will be addressed as the practice manager is aware that patients have nowhere else to go.
