Very convenient to my house

Dr. Torres has excellent bedside manner. However, I had TCAR surgery. (a stent in my right artery in neck)I was left with my right vocal cord permanently paralyzed. I had 2 procedures done by a laryngology Dr. and would need another surgery to “maybe” fix it. No guarantee . I was not even told this could happen until after the fact. It affects my breathing considerably and my voice for the rest of my life. I worked with a vocal therapist for well over a year. Kudos to Dr. Torres for giving me a new lease on life at 87. After scans indicated my RT carodit was severely blocked, Dr. Torres suggested performing TCAR, a new less invasive surgery that allowed me to get back to my daily activities in a few days instead of a few weeks. Dr Torres promptly and thoroughly evaluated my severe Iliac and Femoral vein blood clots, and scheduled a surgery within 10 days at Doctors Hospital. The thrombectomy was completely successful and four stents were implanted. Six months later I have returned to full functioning for my age.

This 'doctor' is unfriendly, unprofessional and disinterested. She did not even examine me but just ordered a test which was actually unavailable. A total waste of time.
