Dr. Lugo is the best doctor I’ve ever met. She listens attentively, never dismisses concerns, takes thorough notes, tracks progress, and orders tests that are truly relevant to her patients. After years of being dismissed by other doctors who told me my symptoms were “normal,” I learned I had a chronic condition that had gone unrecognized. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Lugo’s attentive, informed care — I’m in better health now than I’ve been in decades.
Dr Lugo is wonderful very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I really appreciate the quality of care I’ve received. However, the front desk staff could be much more courteous and professional. Their attitude makes it uncomfortable to check in or ask questions, which takes away from an otherwise great experience.
I have a similar opinion to one I read earlier. Dr. Lugo is excellent, but she is no longer available. Currently, the only available appointment is until September, which is why I decided to schedule somewhere else. The front desk staff lacks customer service skills.
Worst customer service ever, they treat you as they are paying your bill, very rude people. Then when you want to see the doctor, they tell you the next available appointment is in five months, but you can see the nurse practitioner which is waste of time, if you have a chance find Other Office, you will be so disappointed, if you take any test, they won’t call you, I’ve been waiting for my results for almost a year, this is unacceptable
Dr. Lugo is great, however, she is not longer available for her patients, to see her you have to wait months. The nurses are helpful, but the staff in the front desk lacks customer service skills. My friend another patient of Dr. Lugo was diagnosed with TB and has other health issues, she fainted during a walking Dr. appointment with the nurse and had to go to the emergency, they never follow up with her, even I have to write to the Dr.Lugo asking for support for my friend who didn’t have any relatives in town.
