I have been seeing Dr. Chao for several years now and find her to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. I feel like we collaborate on my health. I never feel talked down to or judged. I am confident in her abilities and feel like she listens to her patients as well as makes sure she understands my needs and medical history. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a gen practitioner.
