My son saw Dr. Brasseaux for a tooth extraction after an old root canal failed. Dr. Brasseaux cut my son's molar in half and attempted to remove it but failed, breaking part of the tooth in the process. He then advised my son to see an oral surgeon the following day for the removal, expecting my son to endure the pain of a cracked, broken molar overnight. I heard great things about dr. Scott so I was coming to the clinic to get help with an abscess. I got dr. Brasseaux instead. I thought everything would be fine. Got medication and came back to have 2 teeth pulled. I thought he was being rough but was able to handle the pain. Went back for another extraction he said was needed and that time he did not let the numbing gel work before he started poking and hurt me so bad I cried. I was seeing Dr. Scott but unfortunately he left. The new doctor, Brasseau (I think), was the most arrogant, narsacisstic doctor I have seen in a while. I asked him if he knew how to reline dentures and he looked at me with this haughty look and said I am a licensed dentist and I went to school for this. I replied so you can do this and he simply got up and walked away. Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. Dr. Scott please come back!!!!!!!PLEASE
I would like to thank Dr Scott for pulling my tooth after the other dentist refused too after I had been up there more than 3 times in pain Thank you your are the greatest I feel so much better and it was fast and painless 😃😃👏👏👏👏👏and I also want to thank the staff and the receptionist she went above and beyond to get me in there and get this done thank you so much y’all are a life saver
I am going to have to sue these people for damage to my neck. It took this yo-yo 1 hour and 15 minutes to extract a tooth. My husband was present and I kept telling him he was hurting my neck and that I had neck surgery. He just kept on wanting my neck to turn the way he wanted it to.
