I went yesterday morning for my first appointment with Vivian. I heard good things and really wanted to switch to covenant as with my first pregnancy I was with umc and wasn’t the biggest fan and wanted to see if covenant treated patients better especially during pregnancy. Really sad I didn’t get to meet Vivian as her nurse Kelli wanted to be rude and made me feel stupid off of some simple paperwork. Miss Vivian is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and there is no one I’d rather see. She makes you feel safe, comfortable and heard throughout any appointment! Her employees are just as amazing as well!
Vivian was excellent with my wife's pregnancy.
Her receptionist was rude and condescending, raising her voice and trying to over talk me when trying to reschedule. Didn't even get to see Dr. Cox, did not want to put up with that.
I Absolutely trust this woman and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Vivian cares and has a very gentle clinical and bedside manner.
