No star for this!!unprofessional just taking out more money,hard to contacts nobody's answering your call.they bill twice even if i already paid.plus they charge you at different lab's company and expensive even if i have my health insurance,Doctor Vivian Castillo is just waisted my time,she doesn't want to refill my medication unless i have to do for another appointment to see her! Had my first appointment with Dr.Castillo. Her staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Castillo was very thorough and informative.

I’ve needed an ER follow up with my primary which is Dr Castillo for 2 1/2 weeks. I’ve called multiple times a day and left a message to get called back. I’ve suffered every single day with horrible pain and they never answer the phone or call back. I’ve finally set up an appointment with a new pcp. Hopefully one that want let me suffer for weeks. They at least answer their phone….

My husband and myself have been patients of hers since 2017. In the beginning she was Great!! Over time it has declined. We left state for about a year and since our return it like she is a different doctor just waiting to retire!! It's shameful!!
