Very unprofessional. Took me almost 3 months to get this appointment. The day before I received texts reminding me of my appointment and an email reminding me of the appointment and asking me to print, complete and bring with me 8 pages of medical information and to arrive 20 minutes early. Which I did. Upon arriving I checked in downstairs and paid my co-pay. I went upstairs and checked in and was given a form to complete giving Dr. Permission to examine. Dr. Aguilar is one of the worst physicians I have come across. She has ruined my pelvic floor and taken no responsibility for it. I’m almost five post op. I can’t have sex, I can’t pee without burning, and she has been little to no help. She ignores the advent portal, so don’t bother trying to reach her staff there, and when you call-they don’t answer either. I’m reviewing under another name because of privacy. 2 of my appointments were canceled last minute by the office. I arrived at my most recent appointment 15 minutes early as indicated and sat for the next hour without being called back. When I checked at the front desk I was assured the staff had been notified I was waiting and they would be with me shortly. I waited another 10 minutes and then left.
