Dr Fonseca is the WORST doctor I have ever came across. Then he filed my insurance even after he declined to treat me. Dr Fonseca and the careless office manager at the Metarie location scammed my insurance. Poor service and frauds. I do not recommend. I wish I listened to the 1st poor review someone posted but I wanted to give the doctor the benefit of doubt. I regret my decision to go there and I DO NOT recommend Dr Fonseca or the Metairie office.

If I could give this clinic less than one star, I would. The staff here is abrasive, rude, and terrible at communicating to patients what proper treatment entails. I was told by a member of the staff here I would need to come in once a year for blood work for my hypothyroidism condition. Only when I ran out of the medication I need to function was I told that I actually needed to come in more frequently than that and of course, they were completely booked up for the next three months.
