I had a massage with Lita on Sunday. I think it was the best massage I've ever had in my life. She worked with my yoga breathing to really get deep into my tissue, so the massage was very effective. The weight applied was perfect; heavy in places and light in more sensitive areas that need work. I think I found my go to massage!! 🤩
