This review is a serious warning to anyone considering Vi Vi Salon in Virginia. I went in for basic eyebrow threading and experienced excessive force and careless handling. The threading was done so harshly that it caused abnormal pain, and two days later my eyebrow area is STILL painful. That raises real concerns about technique and customer safety. Vivi was absolutely wonderful! She's great to chat with and did a fantastic job on my pixie cut, asking and making sure I was getting what I wanted. The price was great too! Definitely will come back if I need a cut :)
