This project had been on our list for probably two years before we actually pulled the trigger. The basement was technically finished when we bought the house but it was dated and kind of falling apart - old paneling, carpet that had seen better days, drop ceiling tiles that were warped. Their estimate was spot on with what we ended up paying, which honestly surprised me. The bathroom remodel itself went pretty smooth - they kept everything contained so we could still use the hallway without stepping over stuff. I'm mostly just really happy with how the tile came out. It looks way better than what was there before, and the vanity they put in actually fits without crowding the door.

basement had this old carpet that got soaked during a heavy rain last spring and we just ripped it out and left it as bare concrete for months. finally called NextForm to deal with it for real. they checked everything, made sure the floor was dry and in good shape, then put down new waterproof flooring and redid the baseboards. also fixed some drywall near the bottom that had water stains. looks completely different down there now and no more worrying every time it rains hard

We live over in Pilsen and weren’t sure they’d come out this way but no issues at all. Basement looks great. The built in shelving unit they did along the far wall is sturdy enough to hold all of our stuff without looking like a warehouse. Bathroom sink they installed drains fast, which sounds dumb but matters.
