I made an appointment for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine. Then the male nail tech used an electric dremel tool to scuff my old finger nail polish before wrapping in cotton and foil to dissolve the old gel. This is normal. But, after soaking, he used the same electric tool to remove the old gel. He used it aggressively and it thinned my natural nails significantly. My natural nails were strong before coming here! My second time here. I got a gel mani and pedi. I love that the owner is so observant and checks that quality is up to standards. The prices are also really good for the level of service.
Do not recommend. I received my pedicure not even a week ago and I have majority of the nails chipped. I asked for square shaping and it turned out oval. She didn’t want to clean underneath the nail and when I asked if she could she then looked at me and said anything else. Save your money and save your time.
Jolie did an amazing job on my pedicure! She was gentle, detailed, and made sure my feet looked perfect. The experience was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend her!
I love this nail salon! Jolie is fantastic, gentle (important for my feet, which are really sensitive), thorough, and detailed. My nails always look great, and I feel relaxed after the pampering treatment I’ve come to appreciate at Vivi Nail Spa. The salon is also extremely clean, relaxing, and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended!
