Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. Charged for work that wasn’t completed, impossible to reach by phone, terrible attitude, and some of the worst workmanship I’ve witnessed. Don’t ever let this company into your home.
My AC recently stopped working and I called Vivi Heating and Air Conditioning who came out to complete a 15 minute job that cost 350$ for replacing coolant. The AC stopped working a week later and after repeated calls I have never heard back. I was never told about a service fee, and the fact that after 350$ a phone call was never returned, demonstrates incredibly poor service and unprofessional conduct. Have the decency to call your customers back! Would never recommend.
