This service is honestly horrible. I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get one order. My first order was very good. There were more than 10 people waiting in line. I miss their old Bubble Tea style :( They use to have taro, avocado and moreBubble milk tea flavors but now they don't have it anymore. I also ordered another Bubble Tea which was Matcha and that took more than 20 minutes to wait. The Matcha was honestly disgusting!! NEVER buy their special drinks ever again. great service, very respectful staff.
Quality is going down. Used to be my favorite tea in the dmv. Waited twenty minutes yesterday with no line and folks that ordered at register got served ahead of me. Quality was lackluster, tasted of powder. Over 8 dollars for a drink.
